Genny Sees the Eclipse

Genny Sees the Eclipse In-Person

A special guest from the Genesee County Chamber of Commerce will be here to read their book Genny Sees the Eclipse, about a cow and her barnyard pals who confuse a solar eclipse for bedtime and then learn how to properly view the eclipse using special glasses. After the story, participants can take a photo with Genny and do an eclipse themed craft. Registered participants will receive a pair of eclipse glasses that they can use to view the upcoming event in April!* Ages 3-12 and their families, registration is required!

*We will be passing out eclipse viewing glasses to the registrants who attend our eclipse themed programs from now until April 8th. Glasses are one per person, so if you've already received a pair by attending another program you will not get a new pair at this event. You must be present at the event to receive the glasses. There will be plenty of opportunities to attend programs and receive glasses in the upcoming months, so we ask that you please register for one of the eclipse programs within your own age group.
